I combine physical therapy with a form of guided meditation, which helps to reconnect muscles with the brain to allow you to relearn how to use problem areas more effectively.

Working with emotional issues at this level can only be performed with the client's total trust. I have already working with a number of VIP clients including in the past   treating Kylie Minogue and her team for 2 1/2 years. I have 2 clinics outside London and still continue visiting a small number of my clients at home.

Previously I have taught massage for Aveda in the USA, in Holland Belgium ,Italy and Grand Canaria, given demonstrations at FE colleges and exhibitions in the UK, South Africa and Greece.   I have lectured at the Olympia Professional Beauty Exhibition. Organisations I have trained in include:     Harrods,   Harvey Nichols, Ragdale Hall, Forest Mere Springs, Henlow Grange, Center Parcs, Marriott, McDonald and Swallow Hotels, Virgin health Clubs, Holmes place, The Sanctuary Covent Garden, The Royal Surrey Hospital and The Phillamore Club . I have also demonstrated Hydrotherm on GMTV and UK Living magazine programme, as well as Irish TV.

I am a Reiki master in the Usui system level 3a and combine this with all of the treatment I do .

In the last 2years I have introduced the discipline of auricular acupuncture into my practice. This involves the stimulation of a number of points in the ear. This can be done by fine needles or electrical probe. Awide variety ofv conditions can be treated by this method. I am one of three educators for the Society of Auricular Acupuncturists and have worked within HM prisons in the South West of England as well as Drug Action teams in the same area.
